This sandwich lunch spot is a gem! The couple who run it are very friendly and helpful. The sandwiches are very delicious and the prices are lower than most sandwich shops in the loop. Try them out and be amazed. The junior size was sufficient to satisfy your appetite unless you're very hungry, then you can get the medium and large versions. I'm si glad I found this place after being unhappy with chains downtown.

I am somewhat skeptical when it comes to sandwich shops, but I'd say Harry's knocked it out of the park! Today there was a "short staffed" sign on the door, but they totally could've fooled me. I got my sandwich quick regardless of the 5 people in front of me. They put an oil/vinegar on the sandwich that adds a nice kick to it, especially if you get onions. If you get a sandwich, I recommend getting it toasted. While you wait, you can check out the pictures inside and/or look at the large menu and smoothie options. It's a cozy little shop with a lot of character, and I will definitely include this in my lunch options going forward!

Been wanted to try this great sandwich shop after seeing one video about it and realizing I had walked by it and missed it so many times. Harry's is tucked into the Monadnock building (which is super cool architecturally by the way) and it's just a cute lil local lunch counter with your classic sub sandwiches! I was surprised they had smoothies too. I got the torpedo regular size and it came out to about ($12). It was a good filling lunch!! I like they have smaller options too. The service was great and you can tell this is a staple restaurant that has been around a while. Really good and will definitely be back!

This unassuming sandwich shop is serving up DELICIOUS, bouncy, flavorful, SCRUMPTIOUS, fresh, juicy sandwiches for the downtown weekday lunch seeking crowd!!! It's tucked away in the Monadnock building but y'all it's cute, it's cozy, run by a sweet couple, the sandwiches hit the spot, and they are a local Chicago business that's been around for DECADES. please show some love to Harry's sandwich shop, imma start going for breakfast regularly!!!

For a family owned small business operation, these sandwiches can hold up to any Italian deli in Chicago. The Italian and Turkey & Ham on French bread are second to none in the loop.
